Guided Group Meditations
Dr. Jelusich uses guided imagery to paint a transcendent picture of our multi-dimensional nature, with the intent of strengthening our awareness of the oneness that exists and to empower our individual place in Divine Mind.
Dr. Jelusich, has been holding guided group meditations since 1992. This type of meditation includes live or recorded music, usually about 30 minutes in length. He uses guided imagery to paint a transcendent picture of our multi-dimensional nature, with the intent of strengthening our awareness of the oneness that exists and to empower our individual place in Divine Mind.
Meditating as a group with unanimity of purpose, in a place of peace and safety, strengthens the intent of the meditation and promotes more rapid upward evolution of the soul.
Full Moon Meditations
Emotional energy is very high during the three days of the full moon. Having a guided imagery meditation at this time is like riding a surfboard on the extra energies abundant during the full moon.
Dr. Jelusich has been facilitating Full Moon Meditations for over 15 years and donates all proceeds from these events to Charities including such Charities as: Hospice Calgary and St. Jude’s Hospital for Children San Diego.
Solstice and Equinox Meditations
These group meditations are very powerful and popular, as they occur during peak cycles of the sun’s activities every quarter of the year. The solstice meditations, when the days are shortest (winter solstice) or longest (summer solstice) emphasize the end or peak of the sun’s activity as it affects earth. The intent of the solstice meditation is to use the peak as an emphasis for letting go and rebirth (winter) and for abundant acceptance of our brilliance as beings of Divine Mind (summer). The equinox meditations, when the days are of equal length (spring and fall), emphasize transition from hope to faith (spring) and from abundance to spiritual maturity (fall).
Puja Meditations
These meditations are a little different in that the participants do not need to sit upright, to pay attention, or even to stay awake. The group energy creates a safe vehicle for the transport of consciousness; the meditation lasts about 35 minutes, and many participants bring pillows and blankets to the meditation. Some participants do fall asleep, and it is perfectly acceptable, as it is felt they are going into a deep state of consciousness to align their several selves with Higher Mind and the perfect Love of Divine Source.
