Dr. Dr. Jelusich has been taking groups of people to the Yucatan in Mexico and to Guatemala and Honduras since 2005 to study the Maya and their cosmology. He has learned many of the oral traditions and visited many of the known and little-known sites of Mayan wisdom teachings, including Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Copan, and Mayapan. Dr. Jelusich has been studying the Mayan cosmology for more than 25 years and has lectured widely in the U.S. and Canada on the Mayan Calendar, 2012, and the transformation of consciousness.
