KAP by Eugenia is a transmission of non-dual awareness & kundalini energy.

It is time to activate the raw force within you: liberate, expand and open your heart to your own divinity.

The access point of this life force energy is through the crown chakra and on its journey downwards alleviates stagnant energies on any meridian points and/or chakras until eventually reaches the root chakra and merges with your own energy.

In a KAP session you will lay down on a yoga mat, close your eyes and surrender to the experience. What happens next is completely unique to each participant who generally describes the event as a cathartic and/or profound uncommon experience.

The ultimate goal of the practice is to expand consciousness but early side effects for some participants are stress reduction and improvement of wellbeing.
