How Our Elevated Spirit Affects Others

Richard JelusichBlog

It’s the most beautiful and difficult to understand thing about the reality of our nature: we really are spiritual beings who have a corporeal (physical) presence! Hearing that for the first time for many invokes images of unicorns and fairy dust. And it should, as most of us are inured by the inundation of our five-sense perceptions, informing our physical mind the attributes of this physical dimension.,

But wait, there’s more to it than only the physical dimension of existence.

Because our Bamboo Garden Wellness Center is that of Integral Health (mind-body-spirit) and located in the heart of Encinitas (a mecca for spiritual seekers where there are more acupuncturists and chiropractors per square foot than anywhere else in San Diego county) makes that a no-brainer for those who live in this awakened community! Most people who live here “get it.”

Science cannot directly measure the existence of the subtle energy body (beyond the grasp of space and time), but does measure it indirectly through Kilian photography, measuring the voltage in the meridian termination points, PIP (polycontrast interference photography) and other methods. These scientific methods, rigorously applied, has shown that there is indeed a “spiritual” (non-local) essence to our beingness. It is easier then, to think of this simultaneous dual spiritual and physical existence as two sides of the same coin!

More and more, science is revealing what the yogis have been writing about and saying for centuries. But just like science can tell you a lot about the orange as a fruit, it cannot tell you what it tastes like! That is why there must be a bridge between science revealing the essence of our spiritual nature, and you and I having the inner realization of the truth that it is real! Our metaphysical existence is intimate to each of us and must be examined personally, uniquely.

People will tend to shift their vibrations to match those of the person in the room with the “highest vibration” (though we have really clumsy, three-dimensional words to describe our spiritual nature, such as “vibration,” “frequency” and “energy”!). Ph.D. students in universities such as the California Institute for Human Science in Encinitas have and are writing dissertations on the development and effects of our spiritual nature; especially valuable in understanding how in a clinical setting to best facilitate healing in patients.

Paramahansa Yogananda said: “The deeper the Self-realization of a man, the more he influences the whole universe by his subtle spiritual vibrations, and the less he himself is affected by the phenomenal flux.” Spiritual teachers understand this affect or our elevated spirit, not just on others, but on the whole of creation!

I can tell you from my own work over 30 years in doing thousands of spiritual consultations and teaching practitioners Integrative Chakra Therapy® that the dual essence of our being merges as we continue to unfold our spiritual self-empowerment!

As we improve ourselves spiritually, that elevation of our spirit does affect the entire “soul group” (all the fellow beings in our constellation of relationships) in a most positive manner. That is why it is so important to continue spiritual practices like prayer, meditation, yoga philosophy and practice and so on.

Hold this simple truth (yet difficult for the rational mind) that you are of this simultaneous dual nature. Hold it in a grounded way, every moment. Radiate compassion and harmlessness in all you think and do and observe the reactions in your relationships!
