In this workshop you will learn how to create a safe and grounded foundation to be able to astral travel through several guided meditations, as the ancients did in accessing greater awareness and to understand the higher sense perceptions of the human being.
Included are four guided meditations, and there will be time for Q&A at the end of the evening.
