Title: The First (Root) and Second (Sacral) Chakras
Getting deeply into it now, we will discuss in-depth chakras 1 and 2. The 1st chakra (root or muladhara) is the essence of even being on the Earth plane.
Did you know that most of our issues are in the ‘visceral’ chakra, the 2nd (sacral or svadhisthana)? Abundance, self-validation, abandonment, abuse and much more are all characteristics of the second chakra. We’ll explore the main psychic ability of the 2nd chakra, the ‘energy of the mystic;’ how one can perceive the possible perfection in all things.
The 2nd chakra is called ‘visceral’ because it is more connected to our five-sense perceptions than any other chakra. We’ll explore the higher and lower attributes of the second chakra, along with your self-assessments and your assessments of others through oral and written exercises.
In the book Eye of the Lotus, the chapter on the 2nd chakra is over 5,000 words longer than any other chapter. This is because we are so deeply processing 2nd chakra ‘stuff’ whether it is our dominant chakra or not. By this time you realize just how much there is to the study of the chakras and their effect on the perception of reality as one becomes more self-realized.
We will continue the participants’ work in self-assessment and assessment of other in the psychology of their being, their higher and lower aspects of the chakras, and more.
By this time in your journey, you may have externalized some qualitative ‘shifts’ in your awareness through the practicum, Q&A and discourse.
Please have read Eye of the Lotus: Psychology of the Chakras by Richard Jelusich, Ph.D. to deepen your experience.
